Our crew arrives before your event, delivers all equipment, inflates and anchors everything, and completes a safety walk-through before leaving. After your event we return and remove everything. You focus on your guests.

What is the best way to reach you on a busy summer Saturday?
Call rather than text or email on peak summer weekends. Saturdays from May through September are our highest-volume delivery days and our crew is on the road early. A phone call gets you to someone who can answer questions in real time. If you get voicemail, leave your name, number, and event date and we will call back as soon as we are between deliveries - usually within the hour.
Can I change my order after I have already booked?
Yes, in most cases. Equipment changes and add-ons are easy to accommodate as long as the unit you want is still available on your date. Call us as soon as you know - the closer you get to your event date the fewer options remain on the inventory. Reducing your order after the deposit is paid is handled case by case depending on how much notice we have.
Do I need to be home when the equipment is delivered and picked up?
Someone who can direct our crew to the setup location should be present for delivery - particularly for backyard setups where gate access, ground surface, and anchor points need to be confirmed on the spot. For pickup you do not need to be present as long as the equipment is accessible and not locked behind a gate. Let us know your pickup preference when you book.
What information do you need from me to confirm my booking?
Your event date, delivery address, the equipment you want, and a contact number. For school, HOA, church, or park events we also need to know at booking that a COI is required so we can prepare it within 48 hours. Payment of the deposit confirms your date - nothing is held without a deposit, particularly on peak summer and holiday dates.
Is there a minimum order amount or rental period?
There is no minimum order amount - you can book a single bounce house for a backyard birthday party or a full multi-unit package for an HOA event. Our standard rental period covers your full event day. Extended rental windows and multi-day rentals for festivals or corporate events are available - call (512) 293-0937 to discuss pricing for your specific timeline.
What happens if the equipment is damaged during my rental?
Normal wear from use is covered. Damage caused by misuse - intentional cuts or tears, exceeding weight limits, use during prohibited weather conditions, or unauthorized relocation of the unit - is the renter's responsibility. We walk through the equipment with you at delivery and provide a clear safety briefing. Following those guidelines protects both your guests and your deposit.
