Bounce Houses, Dunk Tanks & Block Party Equipment for Your NNO Event
Texas holds National Night Out on the first Tuesday in October, not August like most of the country. The October date makes perfect sense for Hays County neighborhoods. October evenings in Buda, Kyle, and San Marcos are comfortable enough for families to stay outside for hours, which means your block party entertainment needs to be ready from setup to final cleanup. Buda Bounce House Party Rentals delivers bounce house rentals, obstacle course inflatables, dunk tanks, concession machine rentals, and tent rentals to HOA events, block parties, and community safety nights across Hays County and surrounding communities.
As a Veteran family-owned business, we have a personal connection to the community-and-first-responder spirit that drives National Night Out. NNO exists to bring neighborhoods together and strengthen the relationship between families and the officers, firefighters, and emergency responders who serve them. When we pull up to set up equipment for your Hays County NNO block party, we are not just another rental company. We are neighbors and veterans who believe in the mission. Every rental includes $1M+ general liability insurance, COI documentation available on request for HOA boards and park coordinators, and a crew that treats your event like it matters. For NNO events in the Plum Creek and Waterleaf communities, see our party rentals in Kyle page for delivery details.

Reserve Your Equipment - Call (512) 293-0937Dunk Tank Rentals - The National Night Out Classic
Nothing unites a neighborhood faster than watching the HOA president, a local police officer, or a community volunteer take a cold plunge. The dunk tank is the most requested single attraction at National Night Out block parties across Hays County, and for good reason. It draws a crowd, it creates a line that keeps moving, and it gives every age group a reason to cheer. A police officer on the platform at your NNO event is exactly the kind of community moment the program was designed to create.
October evenings in Central Texas are cool but comfortable - warm enough to make the splash dramatic, cool enough that everyone around the tank is happy to stay and watch. Buda Bounce House Party Rentals delivers, fills, and positions dunk tank rentals for community events across Buda, Kyle, San Marcos, and surrounding areas. Book early - dunk tanks are the first piece of equipment to sell out on NNO night.
Reserve a Dunk Tank - (512) 293-0937Every Rental Available for National Night Out Block Parties in Hays County
From classic inflatable bounce structures to dunk tanks, concessions, and tents, every piece of equipment below is delivered and set up by our Veteran team.
Bounce Houses
A bounce house inflatable provides a safe, enclosed jumping environment for children at NNO block parties. Available in multiple sizes for driveways, front yards, cul-de-sacs, and park lawns. The family anchor of any NNO event with young children.
Combo Bounce House and Slide Units
A combo inflatable unit combines a bounce chamber and an attached slide in one self-contained rental. Doubles the activity options and cuts wait times at busy block parties where the line would otherwise stack up all evening.
Obstacle Course Inflatables
An inflatable obstacle course is a competitive multi-element unit with tunnels, climbing walls, and pop-up obstacles. Kids race head-to-head while parents watch from lawn chairs. High throughput keeps lines short all night at larger HOA events and park setups.
Dunk Tank Rentals
A dunk tank is a water-filled competition attraction where a seated volunteer gets plunged into cold water when a thrown ball hits the target. The National Night Out classic - bring a local officer, firefighter, or HOA board member up on the platform and watch the neighborhood rally.
Concession Machine Rentals
Concession machines include popcorn poppers, snow cone machines, and cotton candy spinners for outdoor community events. Add a concession station next to the bounce house and the kids will never want to leave the block.
Interactive Inflatable Games
Interactive inflatables are competitive participation units including bungee runs, velcro challenge walls, and human foosball courts. When the elementary kids are bouncing and the little ones are in the toddler combo, teens and adults need something that matches their energy. Interactives solve that gap.
Giant Yard Games
Giant yard games are oversized versions of classics including tower block stacks, oversized Connect Four, and lawn cornhole boards. No electricity needed, no age restriction, and every neighbor who walks by stops to play. A natural gathering point at any block party layout.
Tent Rentals
A party tent rental provides a covered gathering area for seating, food, and vendor displays at outdoor events. Tents give your NNO block party a clear focal point and protect guests from unexpected October weather. Available in multiple sizes for small cul-de-sac parties through large HOA park events.
Tables and Chairs
Table and chair rental packages supply seating, surface space, and event furniture for block parties of any size. Round and rectangular tables with folding chairs and optional linens for food stations, seating areas, and information tables - all from the same Veteran-owned vendor.
Party Accessories and Generators
Party accessories include portable generators for parks without power hookups, PA speaker systems for announcements and music, and extension equipment for outdoor venues. One vendor covering setup to sound means one call, one delivery, and one less thing your planning committee has to coordinate.

Hays County National Night Out Rental FAQs
Are your bounce houses and inflatables insured?
Yes. Every Buda Bounce House Party Rentals rental includes $1M+ general liability insurance with COIs available on request for schools, churches, and municipalities.
How are the inflatables cleaned and sanitized?
Every inflatable is hand-sanitized after each rental and inspected before delivery. As a Veteran family-owned company, we take safety and cleanliness seriously on every job.
When is National Night Out in Texas?
Texas holds National Night Out on the first Tuesday in October each year, not in August like most of the country. August temperatures across Central Texas make outdoor block parties impractical for families, so Texas moved the date to October. For your city's exact date and registration requirements, contact the Buda, Kyle, or San Marcos police department. You can also learn more about the national program at the National Night Out Wikipedia page.
Do you provide COI documentation for HOA and city-registered NNO events?
Yes. Buda Bounce House Party Rentals provides Certificate of Insurance documentation on request for HOA boards, city park coordinators, school campuses, and municipalities. Every rental includes $1M+ general liability coverage. When requesting your quote, call (512) 293-0937 and let us know you need COI documentation. We will have it ready before your event.
How far in advance should I book NNO entertainment for my Hays County block party?
Book as early as possible. Every neighborhood in Hays County holds National Night Out on the same Tuesday in October, which means dunk tanks, obstacle courses, and combo bounce houses go fast. Buda Bounce House Party Rentals recommends booking 4 to 6 weeks ahead to secure your preferred equipment. Call (512) 293-0937 for availability.
What Hays County NNO Organizers Say About Buda Bounce House Party Rentals
We used Buda Bounce House Rentals for our daughter's 10th birthday. The Bounce House was clean and well maintained, and drop off, set up, and pick up was a smooth and simple process. The guys who did the set up were great! We would absolutely use them again in the future, and we loved that the company is veteran owned as my husband is active duty, so supporting a small veteran owned business is an honor!Kaitlyn Stewart — Google Review
We rented a waterslide from Buda Bounce House Rentals for our parish youth group, and everything worked out great! They showed up on time, the slide was clean, and the kids had a blast. Super easy to work with, and we'd definitely rent from them again!Jesse Aguayo — Google Review
Literally this was the best decision we've made as parents. The kids LOVED this and wouldn't get out of the bounce house. The team was awesome and communicative, they dropped everything off on time, set it up for me and then picked it all back up without me lifting a finger. 10 out of 5 star experience. Will book them again.Evan Kiely — Google Review
